Restaurant Team Member

As a Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread, you will be the heart of hospitality, bringing warmth, care, and joy to every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for bringing Panera Warmth to each guest interaction.
• Execute duties in specific areas within the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet each guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
