Job summary

Shake Shack in San Diego, CA is hiring team members to deliver outstanding hospitality while preparing high-quality menu items to standard. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and tips in addition to hourly pay.

The position supports flexible evening and weekend hours, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and ready to join a team that values integrity and community involvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with warmth and care toward team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble orders per Shake Shack standards.
• Master all stations and rotate through them daily.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to protect guests and staff.
• Uphold Shake Shack values of integrity, inclusivity, and community.

Job Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care towards both team members and guests
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards and recipes
• Master all stations and rotate through them, keeping each day fresh and exciting
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members
