Job summary

Shake Shack in Henderson, NV is seeking crew members for a fast-paced restaurant environment. The position offers pay from $13.00 per hour, plus tips, with up to $2 additional per hour for certain after-midnight shifts.

Availability until 1:00 am may be required to meet business needs. As part of the Shake Shack team, you will engage guests with warmth, prepare and assemble orders, rotate through stations, and follow strict food-safety practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with warmth and care toward team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate through them daily.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure guest and team safety.
