Job summary

Shake Shack in Everett, MA is hiring crew members for fast-paced hospitality roles. On hourly pay of $18.00 with tips and up to $2 extra per hour for late-night shifts, you’ll join a team that values warmth, training, and growth.

You’ll prepare and assemble foods per Shake Shack standards, rotate through stations, maintain food safety, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Join Shack Fam and stand for something good.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to adapt to multiple roles within the restaurant.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with guests with warmth and care.
• Prepare and assemble food orders per Shake Shack standards.
• Master all stations and rotate to keep days fresh.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
