Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will serve as the ambassador for Panera Warmth, delivering excellent service in every circumstance. Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, dining areas, and other touchpoints.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
