Position Summary: As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests, ensuring high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and in accordance with time & temperature standards.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Be a cooperative, respectful team player and maintain good relationships with management and colleagues.
• Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet all guests enthusiastically upon entry.
• Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.
• Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
