Position Summary: As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following safety and quality protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare food according to recipes, proper portioning, and using approved tools and logs.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and ensure proper temperature control.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any issues with deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Work cooperatively with management and team members, representing QDOBA positively.
7. Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain standards.
8. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company dress code.
9. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
10. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
11. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
12. Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.
13. Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
