Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC in Ohio is seeking restaurant team members to embody enlightened hospitality, prepare and assemble food to Shake Shack standards, and rotate through all stations.

You'll follow food safety, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and join a supportive team with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant settings.
• Ability to work in multiple stations.
• Strong integrity and accountability.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with warmth and care for guests and team.
• Prepare and assemble food orders per standards.
• Master all stations and rotate through them daily.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care towards both team members and guests
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards and recipes
• Master all stations and rotate through them, keeping each day fresh and exciting
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members
• Stand for something good by aligning with Shake Shack's values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement
