Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced restaurant leader in Naples, FL to oversee shift operations and ensure safety, quality, and speed. You will direct the flow of service and help develop a high-performing team of hourly associates on each shift.

The role includes participating in interviews, supporting employee relations, and contributing to the store’s guest experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
