Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring at our Melville, NY location to deliver warm hospitality while preparing and serving crave-worthy foods. You will be part of a fast-paced team focused on guest satisfaction and consistency across stations.

You will learn all stations, follow Shake Shack recipes, and rotate during shifts to keep the work engaging. The role offers weekly pay, insurance options, a 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience.
• Ability to adapt to multiple restaurant roles.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactions with guests and team with warmth and care.
• Prepare and assemble food orders per Shake Shack standards.
• Master all stations and rotate through them.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care towards both team members and guests
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards and recipes
