Shake Shack in Hamilton, OH is hiring crew members. Pay is $15.00 per hour, plus tips and up to an additional $2/hour for certain shifts after midnight. We prioritize our people with mentorship, training, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, guest‑centered environment.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members

About Us

Beginning as a hot dog cart in New York City’s Madison Square Park, Shake Shack was created by Danny Meyer, Founder and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group and best‑selling author of Setting the Table.
