Shake Shack in White Plains is hiring crew members to deliver warm, thoughtful hospitality and prepare food to Shake Shack standards. The role involves mastering all stations, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting teammates with energy and integrity.

This position offers $17.00 per hour plus tips, flexible evenings and weekends, and weekly pay along with benefits like medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
