• Act as an ambassador for Panera Warmth in every guest interaction.
• Execute duties in assigned areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.
• Greet guests warmly and efficiently.
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Assist guests throughout the store: entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and preparing for the next shift.

Qualifications
