Position Summary

As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. You would help maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Pay Range

$14.81 - $20.81/hour

Job Functions

• Prepares food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper portioning.
• Restocks the front line with prepared products during peak times.
• Adheres to food safety standards and reports any concerns.
• Maintains a positive attitude and strives to exceed guest expectations.
• Works cooperatively with team members and management.
• Acts as an ambassador for QDOBA.
• Monitors product quality and maintains sanitation and safety standards.
• Ensures personal appearance meets company standards.
• Performs other tasks as directed by management.
• Greets guests enthusiastically and serves according to guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of stations.
