This range is provided by Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Please talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $14.81/hr - $20.81/hr

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and in accordance with proper temperature and timing standards.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Be a team player and foster respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
• Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
