Team Member Description

Position Summary: As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve guests, maintaining high-quality standards in food safety and presentation.

Pay Range:

$14.81 - $20.81/hour *

Job Functions:

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report questionable practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
• Monitor and maintain product quality.
• Ensure personal appearance meets standards and display professionalism.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.
• Greet guests enthusiastically.
• Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
• Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
