Position Summary:

The line positions are crucial for the daily success of the restaurant. Our mission is to serve hearty and flavorful food, and it must be done right! The line is the front line of our operation, and standards must be exceeded to ensure we fulfill our mission.

Job Requirements:
  1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent menu and product knowledge.
  3. Accountability for preparing guest orders.
  4. Effective communication with guests, handling questions and concerns professionally.
  5. Team player.
  6. Sincerely thank guests for their business.
  7. Participation in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
  8. Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace.
  9. Willingness to perform other restaurant functions such as cashiering or cleaning, as directed by management.
  10. Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all food safety guidelines.
  11. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
