Job summary

Shake Shack in Burbank, CA, is hiring crew members to provide friendly, efficient service and to help prepare and assemble food to Shake Shack’s high standards. The role involves learning quickly in a fast-paced environment and rotating through stations to keep daily work engaging.

Weekend and evenings may be required; you must be at least 16 years old. Shake Shack offers weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and meal discounts as part of its supportive team culture.
