Shake Shack is hiring in Buffalo, NY for team members to deliver hospitality with warmth and care while preparing and assembling orders to Shake Shack standards. You’ll rotate through stations, maintain food safety, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates are quick learners with flexible schedules, capable of evenings, weekends, and holidays, and committed to integrity and teamwork in a lively restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Consistently demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 16 years or older.
