Job summary

Shake Shack in Minnesota is hiring for entry-level hospitality positions in a fast-paced kitchen. You will lead interactions with guests and teammates, prepare and assemble orders to our standards, and rotate through all stations to keep days fresh and engaging.

You will follow safety procedures and uphold Shake Shack values of integrity and inclusivity while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 16 years or older.

Responsibilities
