Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking restaurant crew members in Virginia to deliver warm hospitality, learn quickly, and adapt to multiple roles across busy shifts. This entry-level position supports a team‑oriented environment where guests receive consistent service.

Team members will prepare and assemble food per Shake Shack standards, rotate through stations, and uphold strict food-safety practices while contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Integrity and accountability in daily tasks.
• Availability until 11:00 PM may be required, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• 16 years or older.
