Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Six months of experience as a Team Member or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and inspire Team Members.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and co-workers.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members to deliver the Whataburger experience.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and consistency of standards across operations.
• Train and supervise Team Members, reporting to the Operating Partner.
