Panera LLC in Allen, TX is hiring a Team Manager to lead and develop a fast-paced café team. You will coach staff, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee day-to-day operations to exceed goals in sales, speed, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends.
