Panera LLC is seeking a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team in Temple, TX. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and maintain high standards that guests expect.

You will lead, coach, and develop team members to exceed goals in sales, service, and guest experience while ensuring food safety and quality. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required.

Responsabilités

• Delight guests with the quality of food, service, and staff.
• Build relationships to create long-term, loyal guests.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching, inspiration and motivation to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection.
