Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Six (6) months’ experience as a Team Member.
• Attainment of Team Member skills certification.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and inspire Team Members.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and maintain an effective working relationship with management and co-workers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Food Safety Certification (may vary based on city, county, and state requirements).
• Food Handler’s Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach during shifts, creating a safe space for communication and engaging Team Members’ specific work needs.
• Ensure operating procedures are followed to drive operational excellence.
• Support Operating Partners and Managers in managing restaurant tasks such as food safety and sanitation, consistency of standards, and training and supervision of Team Members.
