Chick-fil-A is hiring in Virginia with starting pay of $18–$20 per hour based on prior experience. Begin as a Team Member to learn all operational positions, with a 30-day development plan and coaching to reach Team Leader.

Roles include Full-time and Part-time, with benefits and growth opportunities in a people-focused environment. Team Leaders guide daily operations, coach staff, and ensure food quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have opening or closing availability 4 times a week. Opening starts at 5am, closing is until 11pm.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high‑volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Ensure area of ownership is executing the vision for success regularly
• Develop the team to grow and reach their potential
• Set the tone for excellence
• Be a key partner in planning and achieving goals
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Oversee quality of food and/or customer experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
