Job summary

Burger King® Assistant Manager at Carrols LLC seeks hands-on leaders to drive restaurant performance and develop strong, high-performing teams. You’ll partner with the RGM to deliver operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and solid financial results.

You’ll lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while supporting growth and learning.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by leading the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people through coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Lead operations by maintaining BK brand standards and cash control protocols.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory and managing orders/assets.
