Job summary

pars is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader in Washington state to motivate staff and ensure smooth service across dining and drive-thru windows.

The position offers hourly wages from $17.13 to $22.50, with a $1.00 shift premium at night where applicable, plus benefits including meal discounts and health plans for eligible employees.

You will lead guest service, manage ordering and kitchen production tasks, and uphold clean, welcoming surroundings for every guest.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Wages:

• Washington Locations: $17.13 – $22.50 per hour.
• Hawaii Locations: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Additional Pay:

• Graveyard Shift Premium: Additional $1.00 per hour for shifts after 10:00 PM till 6 AM at select locations
