Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Loveland, CO is looking for a full-time restaurant supervisor to lead the team, ensure smooth service, and uphold food safety standards. You will train staff, handle guest concerns, and help open/close shifts with care and efficiency.

Compensation is hourly, with growth potential in a dynamic hospitality environment. The role requires 2+ years in restaurant service and 1 year of supervisory experience, plus certifications or ability to earn them within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
• Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.
