Job summary

McAlister's Deli is seeking a Team Member to join our dining room and kitchen teams. In this role you will assist with taking orders, serving guests, and helping ensure every guest leaves delighted by our hospitality and fresh food.

You will work on a fast-paced team, stand during shifts, and lift items up to 40 pounds as needed while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift 25–40 pounds.
• Ability to push, pull, stretch, reach, bend, and use fingers/wrists repeatedly.
• Able to read receipts, screens, manuals and printed directions while interacting with guests.

Responsibilities

• Take and collect orders accurately.
