Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Able to speak, read, and write effectively.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Must adhere to McAlister’s uniform and grooming policy.
• Able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to travel to assigned restaurant location and operate respective workstations.
• Work requires standing and walking 80-90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• Responsible for the preparation of certain food items.
• Know menu items and ingredients; ensure accurate cash control.
• Deliver orders to guests and verify completeness and correctness.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and provide service to guests.
• Direct orders to dining room, curbside, and pickup areas in an orderly fashion.
