You will oversee shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards while achieving sales and labor targets.

You will lead by example, balance people development with operation discipline, and contribute to cash control, safety, and guest experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced settings.
• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and motivation skills.
