CAVA - Dupont Highway is looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our rapidly growing restaurant team in Dover, Delaware. The Team Leader will work closely with Managers to ensure a positive guest experience and uphold food safety standards. Responsibilities include leading team operations, coaching Team Members, and handling restaurant duties such as opening and closing, placing orders, and cash management.
