McAlister's Deli in College Station, Texas is seeking a Restaurant Manager who leads a team, trains staff, and delivers an exceptional guest experience on every shift. You’ll guide front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coaching team members to grow with the brand.

Salary ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 per year with benefits, bonuses, paid time off, and insurance options. Open availability (50 hours/week) and the ability to work openings and closings are required to drive Genuine

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience.

• Hiring, training and development of team members
• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen
