• Training new Team Members.
• Train, remind and encourage Team Members to follow Health & Safety policies.
• Coach & discipline Team Members as needed.
• Lead by example by following Tim Hortons policies and procedures.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
