Job summary

Chick-fil-A Pelham Road seeks a proactive Team Lead / Shift Manager to guide daily restaurant operations, ensuring each guest enjoys a remarkable experience.

You will lead high-energy teams during shifts, model exceptional service, train new hires, manage opening/closing duties, and maintain accurate cash handling, communications, and guest responsiveness in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to train and motivate diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
• Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count Drawers and Finalizing Day.
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
