The Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown is looking to add an incredible Restaurant Supervisor to their team! This organized individual will be responsible for supporting and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage outlets to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

The property features 216 rooms, situated on the Sioux Falls River, with over 20,000 square feet of meeting space. It offers excellent dining options, including a delectable Italian restaurant with patio and a specialty coffee bar.

A Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of the restaurant, aiming to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist management in overseeing restaurant operations to ensure high standards of guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising, supporting, scheduling, and training team members in all restaurant activities
