Job Summary

Provides first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services, overseeing production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures high-quality, well-presented food and beverages are served timely.
• Reviews menu and production needs to manage daily operations.
• Monitors staff to ensure proper use of systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools.
• Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction.
• Communicates regularly with staff both formally and informally.
• Enforces safety standards with employees.
• Ensures daily sanitation standards are met and approves cleaning procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
