Job summary

Omni Frisco is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to partner with management in training and supervising all dining room staff, delivering service that meets Omni Frisco standards and creating WOW moments for guests. The role oversees attendance, menu familiarity, staff scheduling, and guest feedback, ensuring high-quality service during peak hours.

You will coordinate with culinary and service teams to maintain safety, cleanliness, and beverage knowledge, while leading pre‑shift meetings and staff

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage supervision or management preferred.
• Must hold Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Prior serving and cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance per Omni standards and scheduling.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, cleanliness and guest well‑being.
• Ensure full familiarity with menus and beverage offerings.
• Hold pre‑shift meetings and ensure training requirements are met monthly.
• Handle guest comments and complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in interviewing/recruiting as needed.
• Assist in scheduling and forecasting weekly and monthly.
• Perform MOS audits and maintenance requests as required.
