The Asian Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising a shift team and managing the administration, operation, and direct management of the Asian Venue. This position reports to the Asian Restaurant Shift Manager & General Manager.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
  • Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drinks necessary to operate the restaurant.
  • Developing servers, hosts, cashiers, and utility staff, including training, interviewing, performance management, disciplinary counseling, and evaluations.
  • Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted employment levels.
  • Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
  • Review departmental status with the Manager.
  • Develop, implement, and supervise programs to reduce and control loss time injuries.
  • Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of sanitation laws, health regulations, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a supervisory role in a dining facility.

  • Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily.
