Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• College coursework in related field helpful.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the service at the Grill and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Train new associates as needed.
• Ensure work areas are organized, neat, and prepared for service.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests and communicate to management.
• Hold pre-shift meetings daily to monitor service and promote upselling.
• Support other F&B outlets when required.
