Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in staff training and daily operations. You will oversee service delivery, manage team performance, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining environment.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in hospitality, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience as a host, server, or cashier with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
