JB Stockton is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Restaurant Operations in Stockton, CA. This permanent role can be part-time or full-time, with immediate placement. You will assist the Restaurant General Manager and store leadership in hitting store goals through hands-on operations support.

You will implement quality and sanitation programs, lead crew management, oversee cost control, and run operations of the packaged program, while delivering friendly service to guests.

Qualificações

• Completed at least High school education.
• At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a food or retail industry or equivalent.
• High energy level; must be able to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable.
• Computer literacy in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager/Store Management Team in achieving store business goals through operations support.
• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
