Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, part of the Accor portfolio, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for Ironwood American Kitchen. The role leads the F&B Outlet team, ensures service standards, and enhances guest satisfaction within a luxury resort setting in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This full-time position requires strong leadership, POS familiarity, and exceptional hospitality skills. The role offers employee discounts, on-site meals, learning programs, comprehensive medical/dental

Competenze

• Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience preferred.
• Point of Sale system experience required.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

• Supervise the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
