Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards.
• Ensure team members are informed of goals and action plans.
• Foster collaboration with other hotel departments to support a team atmosphere.
• Coordinate with Restaurant General Manager on restaurant matters.
• Maintain Faena policy and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance schedules for the restaurant and equipment.
• Submit work orders for repairs and follow up to completion.
• Uphold cost-control procedures and monitor waste.
• Ensure the reservation system is maintained and seating guidelines followed.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Review budgets and assist with food & beverage cost control.
