Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a team leader in food/retail or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible schedules including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager/Store management in achieving business goals.
• Implement Quality/Customer Service or Cleanliness & Sanitation programs.
• Lead crew management activities and scheduling.
• Oversee costs and packaged program operations.
