Peregrine Yountville Management LLC is seeking a restaurant service supervisor in Yountville, CA. The role oversees restaurant service, trains staff, and assists in other F&B outlets as needed to maintain high standards of guest experience.
Responsibilities include leading Grill service, ensuring policy compliance, organizing service areas, and handling guest requests with management input. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, with flexibility for long hours.
The role is responsible for overseeing the service in the restaurant. The individual is also responsible for assisting the manager with training, motivating, and coaching the team members as well as assisting in other F&B outlets, whenever needed.
