Job summary

Innisfree Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations at Hilton Garden Inn FWB, Fort Walton Beach. You will assist with shift operations, stepping in as Server or Bartender when needed, and you’ll train and supervise restaurant staff while ensuring health and safety standards.

The goal is to deliver a high-quality guest experience and motivate the team to provide exceptional service.

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who will oversee the restaurant operations to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.

Assist with shift operations as needed, as Server or Bartender to maintain needs of the guest during shift. You will be responsible for training and supervising restaurant staff, ensuring compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service.
