Le Meridien Arlington Hotel, managed by Concord Hospitality, seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily food and beverage operations on-site in Arlington, VA. You will supervise restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation teams, ensuring service standards and quality across outlets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required.
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
