Job summary

Dunkin’ Nevada is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team, uphold Dunkin’ brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing daily operations and profitability in a single Las Vegas location.

You will train crew, schedule staff, review guest feedback, ensure safety and sanitation, and implement programs for product rollout and cost control. Fluent English and prior leadership in hospitality are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant crew members and deliver strong, positive leadership.
• Provide training to restaurant crew members.
• Ensure Dunkin' brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to crew members.
• Execute new product roll-outs including training, marketing and sampling.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with laws.
• Control food costs to maximize profitability.
• Complete inventory counts and weekly purchasing.
• Prepare weekly labor schedule to meet guest demand and service standards.
• Conduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans.
• Complete quarterly bonus plans.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Coach restaurant crew members to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.

Overview

A Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to their crew to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales of a single restaurant. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee policies and procedures and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Responsibilities Include:

• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant crew members
• Deliver training to restaurant crew members
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
